Ok…some background on the guy in the pic above.
I grew up in Joburg and I love it. Its the point in this gorgeous country where everything comes together and … happens. It buzzes, it smokes, it honks its horn, it parties, it shakes with thunderstorms, it is sometimes sexy and sometimes scary and always…..always interesting.
So why then am I living in Ballito, North coast of Kwa Zulu Natal?
Mostly, for a change. I want to learn to surf, spearfish, take photos of the sea and go to work in flip flops.
What it does mean, is that my beautiful wife and shoot director Emily and I bond with the N3 on a regular basis. We spend a week a month in Jozi shooting for corporates, for Double A Images (Lifestyle stock photography company) or any other clients in need of some great images.
The rest of the month is spent shooting for the slightly more laid back folk of KZN.
In both cases or places, clients have the benefit and professional approach of having a shoot director and photographer that are passionate about getting a great job done right, and who are capable of working in everything from a corporate to a family environment.
About the photography – We shoot anything. Well almost anything.
Check out the portfolio galleries for some examples of the subjects we have shot. If you can’t find what you are looking for, send through an email anyway.
I have also worked with the good people at Gallo Images, (Getty Images’ master delegate in Africa and the Middle East) for 3 years as a Picture Editor.
I have blogged and shot on location for reality shows from “The Block” in Lonehill to “Survivor Africa” on an Island in Panama and a thousand jobs in between.
Give us a shout, or drop us a mail – we’ll get back to you asap.
